Ethan's 18th featuring 17 years of lesbianism: A survival Guide

Ok so as many of you know it is Ethan Browne's fantabulous, orgasmic, super fantastic party for his 18th and Hannah Deacon's 17th ....... so I have decided to write a survival guide to ensure everyone has the best night possible :D

Rule 1: Bring alchomahol (spelt wrong purposefully :P) If you don't you'll be pretty damn sober for the night :/ And while everyone else is rolling around the floor laughing at the wall you really just won't get the joke :/ Warning: Not abiding by this rule may result in eventual friendlessness :/

Rule 2: Assuming your going to listen to rule 1......EAT BEFORE YOU COME. If you don't you can expect to be running around the house telling people you love them or playing brush with Paul by 8 o clock and will be really rather sick the next day :/

Rule 3: Don't be a mean drunk !!! Ther's nothing worse than spending the night with someone, having a brilliant time and then they turn around and bite your head off so..... BE NICE :P  Warning: Not abiding by this rule may also result in eventual friendlessness :/

Rule 4: DO NOT CALL THE GUARDS !! This is bad. Nough said :P For the 3rd time ........Warning: Not abiding by this rule may result in eventual friendlessness :/

Rule 5: Be really REALLY nice to Hannah and Etahan. This is for the obvious reason thats its their party !!!! If you do not they may have to bitch slap you untill you pass out :P Once again .......  Warning: Not abiding by this rule may result in eventual friendlessness :/

The Mother Monster

This, for the dim wits out there who don't know who the Mother Monster is a Blog about the queen of freak, the empress of style, the viceroy of music, the one, the only ..... LADY GAGA :D

Ok so I kinda hated Lady Gaga till recentley :/ I took one look at all the Chavs falling in love with "Just Dance" and wreched......oh me and my judgmental ways....... but then came "Judas"....... ah "Judas" it took one listen and I was in love :)

Of course before I heard it I wasn't very happy :P Despite being really rather atheist I still felt undeniabley annoyed at the cheek of this Lady Gaga person stirring shit by naming a song after Judas Iscariot of all people !!!! Was she really such an attention seeker !?!?!?!? :P But upon hearing the song my reaction quickly changed to "Jesus Lady Gaga is acctualy quite inteligent !!"

So that is how I have gotten to my current Lady Gaga worshiping state. All because I opened my eyes to something I judged to quickly ( wow I just realised the story has a moral :D)

The Gushings Of A Gleek: Volume 2

Ok so it was my birthday on monday :D And I got the best present EVER........Glee the complete season one. As I confessed many weeks ago, I am a huge Gleek :D So the day I got it i ended up watching about 10 hours of nothing but Glee........Twas fun but now I'm even more addicted than I used to be :P

So what am I writing about today ???? Basicaly I shall try to convince anyone who doesn't like Glee that they are as dumb as fuck and that their opinions don't count..........Joke............Kinda :/

So lets start with the music. Where else can you find music from Tina Turner, P!nk, Florence + The Machine, Lily Allen and Wicked ????? You can't :P Glee is one of a kind :D I mean I bet not one person out there won't find a Glee song they love. Its just so damn universal.

Ok, on to Characters, so I have to admit I don't love all the characters. While I LOVE Kurt, Mercedes, Santanna, Brittany, Sue, Tina, Emma and Becky I must confess to finding Finn, Quinn, Will, Artie and Racheal slightly annoying. Its because they are so damn stupid. Quinn walks around with the most boring expresion I have ever seen. She doesn't seem to give a shit. Will is so winey. He never shuts up and he really can be quite stupid. And poor Emma :( I think the main reason I don't like Finn is because he has the worst taste in music EVER (just my opinion :P). I'll stop there because its starting to sound like I hate Glee. I don't, I love it. I can just see its flaws :P So the positives. Kurt is the most insecure character who still seems to be immensley confident. Santanna is a bitch, and she knows it. Brittany is beyond stupid...... My favourite example ................

Acctualy there is ALOT of stupidity I could quote :P

So what next........ Oh yeah the story lines. I mean we have a kid in a wheelchair, a lesbian, a bisexual, 3 gays, a shy goth, a female wrestler, a guy with GIANT lips and of course the stereotypical blonde. So what does that all equal ???? A hell of alot of confusion, emotion and the best storylines. I mean I think all the Gleeks out there are just waiting for Brittany and Artie to break up so she can be with Santanna. My favourite episode is Season I episode 20, Theatricality, I mean it is basicaly an episode which takes Lady Gaga's message that being a freak is ok and turns it into a 40 minute emotional rolercoaster which comes to a head when the entire Glee club stands up to Dave Karofsky and Azimio.

So class your homework for tonight............. GO WATCH SOME GLEE :D

Rhianna Vs ADELE

So I have one question. Why do american artisis do so well in western europe ???? Its soooo annoying !!!!! I mean western europe has some pretty amazing music but time after time we focus on the Americans :/

Everyone has heard of the British invasion havent they ??? Well it seems for years that in every part of our lives we are being americanised. I usualy don't mind but why in music ????

So we all know how successful Rhianna, Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Ke$ha, Kanye West......etc....etc are. But what about Duffy, Paloma Faith, Ellie Goulding, Mumford and sons, Florence and the Machine, Two Door Cinema Club, so on and so on. It seems they are doomed to never live up comercialy to their american cousins.

But maybe thats not a bad thing. Criticaly they tend to do better and maybe its just the western europe image of laid back indie artists who sit around and watch the world go by. I mean look at ADELE, she's not exactly this perfect image of what it is to be popular yet she is the first artist since the beatles back in 1964 to hold the top two spots on the english singles and the english albums chart. And all she had to do was sing her heart out at the now infamous BRIT

performance, while on the same night Rhianna ran around like a maniac and it did nothing in paticular for her career.

I think we all know a crazy person like that who would do ANYTHING to save people they have never met !!!!!!!!!! Now people who love the beatles and HATE Justin Bieber have to realise that the Beatles were the Justin Bieber of their day. I know, I know its blasphemy, but I'm not sayin they are the same (The Beatles are really good and Justin Bieber is extremley ANNOYING) but the devotion is the same.

So does that mean in like 60 years Justin Bieber will be a legend or is he going to end up like boyzone, an out of work moron who shows up on the odd reality show (I sure hope so)

But why do we hate Justin Bieber so much, Here is my main three reasons for hating him:

So chick flicks, why does everyone always say they're "shallow" or "ditsy". I happen to LOVE them !!!!!!!!! Sometomes its quite hard to watch an overly serious movie and you NEED a chick flick. I mean some of them are pretty damn good :P

My favourite 3 are as follows:

1. The devil wears Prada: I LOVE this movie. Why???? ANNE HATHAWAY and MERYL STREEP. I mean I love both of them, they are two of the greatest actresses of their respective generations (In my opinion) and they made a bloody brilliant movie. I mean its a movie about fashion that is extremley emotional !!!!!!!!!!!! How often do one of those come along ???? (quiet often but shhhhh). And a quote from the movie....."its only drizzling"

2. The proposal: People told me this was shit but I love it :D I mean I've loved Sandra Bullock since Miss congeniality and I tought she was brilliant as a bitch :P But she's not just a bitch, she's a weak vunerable character with more troubles than solutions, and Bullock plays the over-confident and insecure character amazingly. Its not easy to have traits that are completley opposite in the one character.....and the quote "Its the morning"

3. Legaly Blonde: Unlike with the other two I don't LOVE the main actress. Resse is quite good but what I really love about it is the fact it does'nt live to stereotypes, infact it activley works against them. It shows that you do not have to be what society thinks you should be (which makes me happy because I'm really not). And it has perhaps the weirdest relationship of any movie I've ever seen, but thats a good thing :D .......so a quote...."Bend and snap"

Have you ever heard of love ????? Its this kinda strong (always complicated) feeling we have for people or as wikipedia says "Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment. In philosophical context, love is a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection."

Right so how do we know if were in love ???? Well according to my good friend Daithi its when you feel very strongly for someone for a long time (I guess your not a firm believer in love at first sight Daithi ;P) But is it ???? Thats not a rhetorical question because I'm honestley lost ???? I don't know !!!!!!!!!

So on one hand I'm in love with someone and have no idea what to do and on the other I'm not in love but feel i'd die if that person left. Fuck

Why can't we have LCRP (leaving cert relationship program) instead of LCVP (leaving cert vocational program). I mean being in love is a fundemental and basic part of life, its why we even exist, imagine if there was no love, we would never have been born, love is the thing that continues the human race for heaven sake !!!!!!!! So I think if they have a reason to teach maths in school don't thay have a reason to teach love ?????

I've seen so many relationships come and go (never been in one of them) in the 5 years since I started secondary school and only two out of countless have lasted any great amount of time. Some people are have been with 3 or 4 different people at this stage. So is there something wrong with me !!!!!!!!!!! Don't answer that :P

But the thing that annoys me more than anything is prejudice, and unfortunatley this sometimes leaks into the world. of love

Do you plan to get married when your older ???

Well it may suprise you to find out that some of our peers do not have the right to get married when they're older. Yeah...... do you know that guy or girl who sits beside you in maths or english or biology, the one that seems the exact same as you ???? Yeah well they may not have as many rights as you. How does it make you feel that in our "equal" society you have more rights than your friends and peers ???? (That is a rhetorical question :P)

For today's title you may have noticed that I have quoted the friends theme song (I have no idea who its by or what its called so if you do please leave me a comment).

So today's post is about friends (The real kind not Joey, Rachael, Phoebe, Monica, Chandler and Ross, although thay are pretty awesome to :D)

Well the ever present wikipedia defines a friend as "a person that someone likes or knows. People who are friends talk to each other and spend time together. They also help each other when they are in trouble. Friends are people that can be looked up to and trusted. A friend is one who admires a person's skill and helps or encourages them to make the right choices."

Now I suppose thats right but.......Isn't friendship just a wee bit to personal to have a definition. I know that personaly my relationship with one friend is usualy compleley different to my relationship with other friends. Am I making sense ????

Now I'm not sure if this is normal but I have like 6 or 7 "best" friends and a fuck load more that I would do anything to protect. And I thank the doctor and Rose Tyler (so my favourite companion :P) everyday that I have these people in my life, you see, I have'nt always had friends and I know what its like to be the freak in the class everyone loves to laugh at so everytime I realise all the people I have now I just............ acctualy dont have a word to descripe it :D

Well over the last few days I have become closer to people that I've already been friends with and they made me realise that I always have someone there. I always did have the support but I never really realised how much support I had untill last night when a certain someone ;) made me realise just how blessesed I was.

So it has come to my atention that teenagers don't really read books. This is an OUTRAGE. I love books (I would happily have ones baby) and I don't understand how you can't love them. My theory (and this is just a thepry) is that Computer games, TV and the internet have just made teenagers to lazy to use their IMAGINATION !!!!!

I mean it acctualy requires effort to read, so why would this lazy species called teenagers bother when they could just have all the work done for them by someone in a TV studio.

But reading is so much more personal, you can build on the description the author gives or even comprehend it in a different way to everyone else, you can make a book your own.

Now you may be wondering what the title of today's post has to do with reading, well its is the very last line in the first book of my favourite series, the ever amazing and the oh so odd Skulduggery Pleasent.

Skulduggery pleasent is a book series about a Skeleton Detective and his young apprentice Stephaine Edgley AKA Valkyrie Cain. There life in Dublin (my home city :D) is never easy and they have to fight Vampires (Warning: This is not another book just making money off of the twilight series' success, it was published only a few months after twilight before it became big) Giant spiders, a man who can sink into the ground, a crazy self proclaimed "master killer" who has never killed a person and Ancient gods to name a few.

So why should you read the books,

1. They are Irish

2. They're amazing

3. If you don't fall in love witht the characters there is something wrong with you 

4. They are the most witty books EVER written

5. I told you too >:(

So go read them or if  not them something because reading is marvelous, amazing, orgasmic, tantilsing, inteligent, cultured, interesting, entertaining, etc, etc, etc

 And if you don't bother to go read them I'll smash a plate over your head and set fire to your bed (Got to love florence and the machine ;P)

Ok so tomorrow I'm going to see Hamlet (YAY) with my school, so.......I can't do a blog :( So im doing it now :D Todays (second) blog is about the awesomness in my life.

I'll do this in alphebetical order:

So Daithi is up first, he has been my best friend (on and off :P) since I was four :P And he's pretty damn awesome. He plays guitar, orgasms when ever someone says HAMLET, is a HUGE doctor who fan (David Tennant mainly), is a SUPER nerd, loves his friends :D, is socialy retarded (sorry), he loves history (like me :D), he never does his homework, wants to fuck his history teacher ;P, NEVER STOPS MAKING FUN OF ME, is in a band -> Roundhay Garden scene, he is kinda pretensious when it comes to music (sorry, I still love you :D), he wants to be a journalist, he would shag any of the beattles, he shares a brain with Pol, he loves youtube, he went to Italy with Mise agus Pol in 2009, he is from Coolgreany (to his shame), he has had a DETENTION :O (I have never :D) and finaly HE IS AS AWESOME AS NUTELLA (and thats awesome)

Then there is Emma. Emma has been my crazy fag hag :P for two and a half years now. She is AM

AZING. She is an aspiring movie maker, is extremley creative, has the same kind of taste in music as me (thank god someone does), she left us and went to college :(, she studies Film and Broadcasting at DIT and is quite amazing at it, she loves Dock Martins, has the coolest red bag, is originaly from bray,  has the coolest brother EVER, will never let me live down the time I tripped and threw my Mc Flurry across the street, is always toughtful ALWAYS, she (like myself) LOVES christmas, shes now 18 (lucky bitch :P), she loves firefly, we have had a conversation about her vagina (and for that I'm sorry), she refuses to admit she is now from Carnew, she went on the french exchange avec Pol in 2008, shes a lesbian (but just has'nt realised yet :P), she's giving out to me because this is taking to long :P and finaly SHE IS BEYOND AWESOME

Then there is Paul. He's been my  best friend (yes I have many), for round about a year (before that I annoyed him :P). So some facts :P He's in Roundhay Garden scene avec Daithi agus Chris and Allan, he loves his drums (he puts blankets over them so they don't get cold, he wants to be a primary school teacher, he's my smartest friend (PAUL=GENIUS), he's in my Economics, Maths, English, Biology, Religion and base class, he hates people copying from him, he loves the Beatles, he shares a brain with Daithi, he loves his girlfriend (we all do :D), he loves muse, he loves history (like me :D) he is Ms. Lee's favourite student in the UNIVERSE, he plays guitar, he went on the french exchange with Emma in 2008 and to Italy with mise agus Daithi in 2009, he loves youtube and finaly HE IS DULL :P jk jk :P HE IS THE MOST AWESOME ONE :D

What do they all have in common ??? I would trust them with my life and (thankfully) they put up with me and my insanity, so THANK YOU GUYS, I <3 U :)

So I promised someone I'd write a blog about them today (I'd say hes forgotten), but i've only known him for a while so I really dont have much to say. So anyhoo...... Emigration, yes scary tought huh ???? Well it may be a reallity for some of you out there. I personaly may be dragged off to australia once i've done my leaving cert. At first I was like "Woooo, This is going to be amazing".......but then I tought about it.........do I really want to try and start my life again at 18.....leave evryone.......some of who have been in my life since I was born, others since I was four, others since last year and one since bray in third year. Can I really leave my complicated little exsistence behind and start again. Will I still be me ??? (I don't know about you but I've rather grown on myself over time :P)

So what do I choose.....the chance of a life time.....or my life.....Hmm....Shit

Thinking about it scares me to no end and all I want to do is hide under my bed and never come out (anyone want to join me ???? (I've got Oreos) But unfortunatley I can't.......DAMN
